All sales are final. Regretfully, we are unable to offer returns as all products are personalised.

Lost / undelivered items
We cannot offer refunds for undelivered items once it has been collected from us by Royal Mail. We will happily offer assistance with proof of postage and/or replacement items, however for non-tracked services we are unable to offer refunds for undelivered items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
